Monday 14th May Update  - Only a few more days before we load up the van and head north to The Wall - oops, sorry, I meant to Sheffield for Triples! Still casting lots of stock, and plenty more to do in the next three days - so I'm afraid that any orders placed from now onward will most likely not be dealt with until we're back after the weekend. Hope to see all our regular Triples customers up there, and maybe a few new faces as well!

Friday 4th May Update  - Several bits of news today, the most important being that our new 15mm MECHA (plus weapon accessory packs) are now up on the store ready for ordering, as are the pre-release sample figure packs for the OFFICIAL "TOMORROW'S WAR" 15mm line (in conjunction with AMBUSH ALLEY GAMES). For the MECHA kits, please see the "vehicles" listing in the STARGRUNT 15mm section of the store; the TW sample packs are under the 15mm Infantry heading.

At the time of writing, we are 100% up to date with order dispatches - so new orders are going out almost as soon as they are placed, I've had a number of orders in today that have been packed and in the postbag within thirty minutes of being placed online! I'll do my best to keep up with this quick turnround, though there might be bit of a slowdown in a week or so as I prepare everything for the Sheffield show (more on that below). Please also note that we have a Public Holiday this coming Monday (7th), so nothing will get posted that day.

The next show for us is SHEFFIELD TRIPLES on the 19th/20th May, at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield - not far from the huge Meadowhall shopping centre, which is useful if you want to bring the rest of the family and let them shop there for a few hours while you come to the show and buy the important stuff! We'll have good stocks of our most popular ranges (15mm, Starships, 6mm and some 2mm), but please remember that we no longer bring many of our 25mm items to shows unless pre-ordered (we just don't have enough space in the van anymore...). If you DO want to pre-order anything, please contact me (Jon) directly via email by Friday 11th May at the latest.

A couple of important requests please:

1) SHIPPING ADDRESSES: When you type your address details into an order, what you type will be EXACTLY what the store prints out as a mailing label for us. Please do not type in anything that you don't want to have shown on the label, and please make sure that the address is complete and accurate. Thanks for your help!

2) EMAIL ADDRESSES: When you either place an order and/or sign up for an account with the store, PLEASE make sure that you type your email address carefully and correctly, AND ensure that any filtering you have is set up to accept mail from us. We are getting quite a few cases where the emails sent out by the store, eg: those confirming orders and account sign-in details, are bouncing back to us because they are either blocked or the email address entered is incorrect. If you have either placed an order or signed up for an account, and you did NOT get confirmation emails, please log back in to the store and double-check the details you entered; if they are correct, then please check that your ISP or email software is not mis-filtering or blocking the messages.
